1. Who we are
ReLink Coordination Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through the ReLink platform. Contact us at privacy@relink.ie.
2. What data we collect
We collect: account information (name, email, role); transaction data (listing details, order amounts, delivery addresses); payment data (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers); identity verification data for drivers (submitted during application); usage data (log files, analytics events via PostHog); and communications sent through the platform.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: operate and improve the platform; process transactions and coordinate deliveries; verify driver identity and compliance; send transactional and service notifications; fulfil our legal obligations; and resolve disputes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data under: contractual necessity (to provide our services); legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention); legal obligation (tax records, regulatory compliance); and consent where required (marketing communications).
5. Data sharing
We share data with: Stripe (payment processing); Supabase (database hosting, EU region); Sentry (error monitoring); PostHog (analytics); and drivers (partial address information once a job is assigned). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Retention
We retain account data for 7 years after account closure for legal and tax purposes. Transaction records are retained for 7 years. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal holds.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to legal holds); object to processing; and data portability. Submit requests to privacy@relink.ie. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand platform usage. You can opt out of analytics cookies in your account settings.
9. Security
We use TLS encryption for all data in transit. Database access is controlled by row-level security policies. Payment data is tokenised by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email. The latest version is always available at relink.ie/legal/privacy.
