1. Introduction

ReLink Coordination Ltd. ('ReLink', 'we', 'us') operates a coordination platform connecting sellers of reusable materials, buyers, and vetted delivery drivers. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Platform

ReLink is a marketplace and coordination service. We do not buy, sell, or take ownership of any materials listed on the platform. All transactions are between sellers and buyers. ReLink facilitates payment collection and holds funds in escrow via Stripe until delivery is confirmed.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReLink. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Accounts may only be used by the registered holder. Admin, driver, and seller accounts are approved by ReLink staff and may be suspended or revoked.

4. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All listings must represent real, legally-owned materials available for collection. ReLink reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law. Listings are subject to admin review before publication.

5. Deposits and Payments

A deposit (10% of listing price, minimum €20, maximum €100) is collected at reservation. The remaining balance is collected before delivery is scheduled. All payments are processed by Stripe. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. ReLink charges a 5% platform commission on the listing price. Delivery fees are split 80% to the driver and 20% to ReLink.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by order stage. Deposits are refundable before a driver is assigned. Once a driver has been assigned, deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable. Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by ReLink staff. ReLink's decision is final.

7. Delivery

Delivery is provided by vetted, insured drivers sourced by ReLink. Delivery timelines are estimates only. ReLink is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of ReLink.

8. Disputes

If you believe a delivery was not completed as agreed, you must raise a dispute within 48 hours of the stated delivery time. Disputes are reviewed by ReLink staff. Both parties will be asked to provide evidence. ReLink's decision regarding fund release is final.

9. Liability

ReLink's liability is limited to the deposit amount held for any single transaction. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not liable for the quality, condition, or fitness of materials sold through the platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of ReLink after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
